Role Description:

- We are seeking a full-time, on-site Area Manager - Publishing at LEAD School


- The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing publishing operations, managing content production, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing distribution efficiency.

- This role involves collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and publishers to drive publishing strategies and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of publishing operations within the designated area.

- Manage content production processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align publishing strategies with educational objectives and market needs.

- Work closely with vendors and publishers to optimize distribution channels and enhance efficiency.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform publishing strategies.

- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards in published materials.

- Provide leadership and support to the publishing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Prepare reports and presentations on publishing operations and performance metrics for senior Proven experience in publishing operations management and content production.

- Expertise in quality assurance and distribution efficiency.

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.

- Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the publishing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

- Experience in educational publishing is a plus.

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Publishing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
