Senior Manager - Learning & Development

We have an amazing opportunity for Senior Manager - Learning & Development - Mumbai

Location : Mumbai

Sr. Manager L&D:

- The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in helping us achieve this mission -To achieve this, our Finance team oversees financial planning and analysis with strong work ethics & rigour in continuous audits & checks.

- We are looking for people who are passionate about working in a growth-oriented organization and find the idea of taking excellent education to these communities inspiring and worth spending time on

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the training needs of Sales and Account Management teams and compiling a training plan

- Creating training content by using best practices and frameworks

- Deliver trainings via both online and offline modes

- Design creatives for training invites, incentive plans and team engagement initiatives

- Manage the admin access to the LMS and R&R modules

- Conduct rigorous follow-ups and effectiveness checks of the training programs

- Ensure smooth on-boarding and induction training of new joiners

- Be proactive in taking up new initiatives in areas of team engagement, retention, talent management and analytics.

Key Skills:

- MBA in Human Resource Management

- Power Points, Spreadsheets

- Value Added Skills - Design tools like Canva or Photoshop, Proficient in speaking in Marathi

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Training, Talent Management.

Lesser experience (2 years) can be considered if candidate is from a premier B-School (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCHMRD)

Demographic Preference:

- Mumbai based candidates willing to travel for training programs and school visits

- Female candidates to add diversity to the team
