JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to join our team. The Lead would guide the team and spearhead important delivery initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stakeholder /Client Management
  • Maintain regular contact with the client SPOCs,
  • Maintain Client Escalations and provide solution.
  • Quality assurance of resume
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Operations Excellence & Project Management
  • Internal Collaboration between the recruitment team, operations team and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning.
  • Attend Quarterly Meetings with the client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the operations and management, and incorporate innovative approaches into different strategies and practices.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any graduates.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruitment operations specialist, business partnering, or related HR roles, with a track record of success in supporting business units and driving new initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to influence and persuade others, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive change initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, metrics, and trends to identify insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
