JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to join our team. The Lead would guide the team and spearhead important delivery initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Stakeholder /Client ManagementMaintain regular contact with the client SPOCs,Maintain Client Escalations and provide solution.Quality assurance of resumeReporting & AnalysisOperations Excellence & Project ManagementInternal Collaboration between the recruitment team, operations team and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning.Attend Quarterly Meetings with the client.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the operations and management, and incorporate innovative approaches into different strategies and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:Any graduates.5+ years of experience as a Recruitment operations specialist, business partnering, or related HR roles, with a track record of success in supporting business units and driving new initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to influence and persuade others, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and drive change initiatives in a matrixed environment.Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, metrics, and trends to identify insights and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
