About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven
Channel Sales Assistant Manager
to join our dynamic real estate sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
real estate sales, channel sales, or agency sales
and the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agencies to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partner networks.
  • Organize site visits, presentations, and property promotions with partners.
  • Train and support channel partners with updated project information and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize effective sales plans.
  • Ensure smooth execution of deals, from lead to closure, with high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    3–6 years in
    Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Agency Sales
    (mandatory).
  • Strong network of real estate brokers and agencies in Noida/Delhi NCR preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
