Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Employee Relations Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support employee relations activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
  • Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediation: Assist in mediating conflicts and facilitating resolutions between employees and management.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and activities.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on employee relations metrics and provide insights for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the employee relations team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the employee relations field.
