Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to support employee relations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Support: Provide support and guidance to employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
- Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disputes through mediation and counseling.
- Policy Implementation: Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Feedback Collection: Gather employee feedback and work on improving employee relations strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and issues.
- Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to employee relations and workplace behavior.
- Compliance: Ensure all employee relations activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
