Senior Manager – Digital TransformationLocation: Bangalore We are seeking a Manager – Digital Transformation to drive strategic initiatives, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise digital programs. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to define transformation roadmaps, enable adoption of emerging technologies, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position requires strong consulting expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of digital technologies, data, and customer experience strategies. You will be responsible for : (Job description) Business Leadership & Strategy Support the definition and execution of the digital transformation roadmap aligned to client business goals. Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities. Develop and nurture CXO-level relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation. Consulting & Solutioning Translate high-level business objectives into digital use cases and measurable outcomes. Facilitate workshops to define strategy, assess maturity, and prioritize transformation initiatives. Partner with technology teams on solution design, integrations (across CRM, CDP, MarTech, ERP, Data platforms), and delivery governance. Provide guidance on analytics, reporting, and measurement frameworks to ensure ROI on digital initiatives. Manage client expectations, serve as a point of escalation, and ensure seamless delivery. Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients. Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts. This guidance consists of identifying, planning, and executing analysis opportunities. Develop and foster client relationships, especially within client’s analytic departments Manage relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for new data sources Ensure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns Advising on, building and maintaining complete documentation for all projects. Managing data independently to realize trends and process improvements, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and recommending areas for improvement Providing ad hoc reporting Practice & People Development Mentor cross-functional teams on CDP use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement. Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events. Build partnerships with technology vendors to enhance solution offerings. Your impact: Must have: (Requirements) 8-12 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing. Strong knowledge of enterprise digital platforms (CRM, CDP, MarTech, ERP, Data & Analytics). Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, cloud, data platforms). Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have: (Additional desired qualities) Experience with specific digital platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Microsoft, etc.). Exposure to customer experience design, analytics, and omni-channel engagement. Certifications in digital platforms, analytics tools, or project management (Agile, PMP, etc.). Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
