Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include contacting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
