Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve sales targets and build a strong customer base.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the professional certification training industry is a plus
