This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time As a Growth Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and analytics to design, execute, and optimize initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing GTM strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve results. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the leadership and product teams to define GTM strategies for new product launches, market expansions, and feature releases. Design and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email, social media, partnerships, and referral programs. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies. Monitor and optimize key growth metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. Work with marketing and product teams to create messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and drives adoption. Support the development of dashboards and reports to track GTM performance and provide insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and feedback loops. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging growth tactics, and best practices to continuously improve growth strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, product marketing, or GTM-related roles in a fast-paced or product-driven environment. Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, growth frameworks, and customer acquisition models. Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) to track and measure performance. Hands-on experience in running growth campaigns, experimentation, and A/B testing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS or tech product companies. Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and CRM tools. Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth through strategic GTM initiatives.
