This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on marketing outcomes. Daily tasks include managing digital advertising platforms, conducting market analysis, and creating targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Ads
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools
- Skills in creating and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a creative agency setting is a plus
