Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our business team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, achieving set goals, and reporting market information to the global headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operation and management of the business team in India;
  • Business development in India, including completion of annual plans and achievement of goals set by the global headquarters;
  • Reporting market information, operational information, and policy information to the global headquarters;
  • Staying up-to-date with Indian market situations and improving business in India;
  • Assisting the headquarters team with factory establishment in India to achieve localized production.
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of experience in office furniture or architectural, building products, interiors;
  • Rich experience in team management, operations, market development, financial management, etc.
  • Good connections with interior designers, architects, PMCs, and key accounts;
  • Acute and clear market insight, as well as outstanding leadership skills;
  • Experience in a multinational office furniture company is preferred.
