Job Description

Job Title: Regional Manager Sales (South)

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: National Sales Head / CBO

Budget : 25 to 30 LPA

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in MBO sales, preferably in the kidswear, apparel, or fashion industry

- Proven experience in business development, negotiations, and sales expansion in South India
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to negotiate best terms of trade, manage profit margins, and ensure timely receivables collection.
- Drive business growth by onboarding retailers, achieving sales targets, and executing regional strategies in Southern states. Negotiate store visibility, strategic partnerships, and optimal trade terms with retailers.
- Enhance retail operations by optimizing inventory, monitoring competitors, and proposing tactical promotions. Conduct market analysis, provide customer insights, and create region-specific marketing strategies.
- Lead regional sales teams, collaborate with internal departments, and build strong retailer relationships. Focus on sales growth, network expansion, inventory efficiency, profitability, timely collections, and sustainable bottom-line improvements.
