Clinching major deals from OEM market
Leading and managing Pan India sales team (atleast 2 states) in Machine Tools Industry
Strategising and implementation of Digital and Physical Exhibitions for Machines Tools
Key responsibilities:
Achieving sales as per business plan: Building regional and state teams
Channel Management : Developing distribution channel Pan-India and Achieving region wise / Product Wise sales targets (Lathe, VMCs, HMCs, SPM)
Driving Growth : Deliver results through through Quarterly marketing initiatives which include digital and Regional / National Exhibitions
Customer Satisfaction - Manage Service TAT , Service Quality , Customer Satisfaction
