About the Role

We're looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
to join our team in Dehradun.

In this role, you will plan and manage
digital advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), track performance, and optimize for the best results. You'll also collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that increase engagement and drive conversions.

What You'll Do

  • Run and manage
    paid ads
    on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Research new opportunities for digital advertising.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with the team to create engaging ad content.
  • Prepare and share performance reports with clients and management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad tools
    .
  • Strong skills in
    research, analysis, and optimization
    .
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of prior experience in a
    paid media or digital advertising role
    .
