CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGERJai Hind ProjectJOB TITLE Location Dehradun Type Full-timeABOUT JAI HIND PROJECT The Jai Hind Project is dedicated to crafting and sharing inspiring stories of grassroots heroes social issues and everyday changemakers We are expanding our reach to engage audiences across India through captivating social media content short documentaries AI-generated reels and more Our goal is to inspire real action and build a movement for positive change ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a dynamic Content and Social Media Manager who will oversee and drive the growth of Jai Hinds social media platforms The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management organic growth strategies and performance marketing with the ability to think creatively and write engaging content tailored to our audience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management Oversee the day-to-day management of Jai Hinds social media accounts Instagram Facebook YouTube etc Plan and execute social media content calendars ensuring consistent and engaging posts that align with Jai Hinds mission Monitor and respond to social media activity fostering community engagement Organic Growth Performance Marketing Develop and implement strategies for organic audience growth on all platforms Manage paid performance marketing campaigns Facebook Ads Google Ads etc to amplify content reach and engagement Track and analyze campaign performance using insights to optimize future strategies Content Creation Strategy Write creative engaging and shareable captions scripts and posts for social media Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and produce original content videos reels graphics that resonates with the target audience Stay up to date with social media trends and use them to inform content planning and strategies Analytics Reporting Analyze key metrics and report on content performance and social media growth Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximize reach and engagement QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and performance marketing Excellent writing and storytelling skills for social media including the ability to write creative captions and posts Experience in managing paid social media campaigns Facebook Ads Google Ads etc Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement Passion for social causes and creating impactful purpose-driven content BONUS SKILLS Experience with video editing graphic design or influencer marketing Knowledge of grassroots movements social reform or community development TO APPLY Please send your resume portfolio to work jaihindproject in
