**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media Management Intern**, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to manage and grow NovaNectar’s presence across various social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital trends, audience engagement, and creative storytelling through social channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Monitor engagement metrics and help analyze performance (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.).
- Support in developing social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging visuals and copy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, contests, and influencer outreach.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
- Creative thinking and excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- A passion for branding, social media, and online engagement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience managing a personal or brand page is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic/video editing tools or trends like Reels/TikToks is an advantage.
