**Job Title: Social Media cum Designer**
**Location**: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
**Salary**: ₹3,50,000 per year
**Company Overview**: Communication Solutions, a privately owned offshore outsourcing company since October 2010, offers back-office research, development, analysis, and consultancy services for top US brands across the retail, hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage social media strategies for top US brands in the hospitality, F&B, and telecommunication sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, increases brand awareness, and drives engagement.
- **Content Management**: Plan, create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+.
- **Campaign Execution**: Design and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, to promote company products and services, increase audience engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and industry influencers.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement new features and technologies to keep our social media presence innovative and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies. Provide social media expertise and support to other departments as needed.
- **Network Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry professionals and influencers to enhance our network and expand our reach.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Provide constructive feedback to team members and continuously seek opportunities to improve our social media strategy and execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
- Experience in developing social media strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Team player with great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in managing social media for the US market (not mandatory).
