We are currently looking for a Partner – Client Leadership to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and selling integrated communications strategy based on brand understanding, consumer insights and market/media dynamics At GroupM APAC, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us. Reporting of the role This role reports to:  Principal Partner – Client Leadership 3 best things about the job: Work on the largest & fastest growing Media & Entertainment client in the country. Collaborate with the best minds in the agency across strategy, digital, traditional media, content, OOH and activation. Lead top client brands and engagements defining new consumer marketing approaches centered in media, data and technology. In this role, your goals will be to: In three months: Get a complete handle on the client org structure Build a working relationship with your team, key internal stakeholders, client brand and media managers Be completely familiarized with the scope of work, ways of working and key expectations Have a complete grasp of media planning & delivery process for the client In six months: Able to independently drive engagements with senior clients (Media & Marketing Heads) Able to lead delivery of solutions end-to-end in collaboration with functional teams Take charge of delivering to client business and agency KPIs as per the contractual terms Take ownership of quarterly and half yearly client business reviews & reporting In 12 months: Lead and deliver Annual Operating Plans & Reviews for key client BUs Demonstrate strategic thinking via contribution to client business, evolving processes of data driven marketing and integrated media planning for the client working closely with strategy, digital and planning experts Drive partnerships in collaboration with Digital and Exchange teams to bring best practices, innovations, first in market / category initiatives and knowledge sharing Demonstrate strong commercial outlook towards account revenue growth What you’ll bring: Minimum 12 years total work experience in a media role – preferably in an agency environment, of which at least 6 years in a media planning role, and at least 2 years in an integrated media planning environment Strong people leadership & client engagement skills Business oriented mindset, with expertise in designing media solutions to marketing problems Capability to contribute strategically and run operations in a tight process driven environment Appreciation of commercial and contract management Working knowledge of the following tools: BARC (advanced module), TGI, IRS Appreciation / Understanding of the following tools will be an added advantage but not mandatory: Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, FB Campaign Manager, ComScore, SimilarWeb, Talkwalker.
