Overview of job

Mindshare Bangalore is looking for Senior Director – The Exchange, for one of its largest FMCG Clients. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Britannia. The job entails a wide array of skills such as strategic understanding of the business, spread between urban and rural audiences, understanding media nuances, driving innovative approaches to business solutions. Deep understanding of all media, while always maintaining calm under pressure. 

Reporting of the role : Principal Partner – Client Leadership

Responsibilities of the role:

You will need tp be proactive, an innovator, and a connector.

What you will need:

8-10 years of Experience in media Handled large and small brands Worked on innovative projects Understanding of all media including digital Strong management experience and skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you Great Client management skills Revenue driver.
