Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) located in Chennai. The Manager MICE will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing MICE events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and vendors, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The role also involves overseeing event logistics, marketing events, and providing high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Event Planning, Coordination, and Management
  • Skills in Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, and Vendor Management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously and Meet Deadlines
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
  • Proficiency in Event Management Software and Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
