We are seeking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager for our gaming company. The ideal candidate should have experience in the app subscription-based industry.

Industry: App-based

CTC: 15lpa to 20lpa

Exp: 5+ years

Location: Mumbai Andheri


Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, manage P&L for performance marketing channels, and ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives. You will take ownership of campaign management, data analysis, and team collaboration while presenting performance updates to senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and management of paid campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and profitability.
  • Manage P&L for performance marketing channels, ensuring effective budget allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Present weekly performance reviews to senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommending optimizations based on campaign data.
  • Oversee campaign reporting, continuously build upon acquisition, activation, and retention metrics, and develop strategies to improve overall performance.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams, including design and content, to produce high-quality marketing materials that meet campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing app user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, ironSource, Unity, Liftoff etc.
  • Have knowledge and hands-on experience of working with MMPs.
  • Strong expertise in campaign reporting, with the ability to extract and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of subscription apps and measurement of LTC/CAC.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present results clearly to senior management.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
