With a mission to redefine spine care, we have successfully avoided over 6,500 unnecessary spinal surgeries, offering world-class care to patients suffering from chronic neck and back pain.


Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation through paid and organic campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality, authenticated leads while maintaining a healthy return on investment (ROI).


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create data-driven campaigns to achieve lead generation targets for ANSSI Wellness clinics.

Lead Generation:

  • Design and implement campaigns to generate high-quality leads with accurate targeting.
  • Ensure lead authenticity by incorporating effective verification and nurturing processes.

Platform Management:

  • Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Explore new and emerging platforms for potential lead generation opportunities.

Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives and content.
  • A/B test ad formats, visuals, and messaging to maximize performance.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies based on campaign performance.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to align campaigns with clinic-specific goals.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Technology & Tools:

  • Utilize advanced tools for audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign automation.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms like UTM parameters and conversion pixels.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Proven expertise in running successful campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with lead tracking and CRM tools.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with creative content development and A/B testing.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industry campaigns.
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and retargeting strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
