Additionally, we deal in batteries from Exide, Amaron, and Quanta, which include inverter batteries, UPS batteries, SMF batteries, tubular batteries, and vehicle batteries. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating business proposals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Prior experience in the power solutions or related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
