Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business development Executive with experience in the IT staffing industry to lead and manage a team of inside sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business growth through strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives focused on IT staffing and resource augmentation.
- Develop and implement strategies for outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification to generate sales pipelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with key decision-makers in IT Staffings, enterprises, and mid-sized organizations.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and staffing solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales within the IT staffing or talent solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of staffing models such as Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and IT Services BFSI, Healthcare, or Technology clients.
- Prior experience in managing inside sales for IT services or digital solutions is a plus.
