About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Head of Sales (Corporate Gifting)
to lead our B2B sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams within the
corporate gifting and B2B sales domain
. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to scale business opportunities and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the corporate gifting segment.
- Identify, pursue, and close large B2B opportunities across industries.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships at decision-maker levels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver on organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to create compelling solutions tailored for client needs.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and present reports to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer requirements to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience
in B2B sales with at least
2–3 years in corporate gifting
. - Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with
AI tools and sales automation platforms
will be a strong plus. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
