The Role:

If so, Collab Lab wants you As our Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts. Your mission is to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, showcasing how Collab Lab can elevate their digital marketing game.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Research : Dive deep into various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, and industry databases to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Craft Personalized Outreach : Develop and execute compelling email and social media campaigns that speak directly to the needs and pain points of our prospects.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing : Implement a structured follow-up process to engage with prospects, maintain regular communication, and build lasting relationships.
  • Database Management : Keep our CRM system updated with all lead information, interactions, and follow-up actions. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing : Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader campaigns and strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting : Track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Continuously learn about industry trends, new tools, and best practices to keep our lead generation efforts cutting-edge.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience : Proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing or B2B space.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft personalized and persuasive messages.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce) and traditional lead generation tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io) plus job portals like Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
  • Self-Motivated : Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
