Key Responsibilities:

Note: Your Roles & Responsibilities would be the following but not limited to:

1: Sales Growth: Measure the year-over-year growth in sales revenue from HORECA clients. This KPI reflects the effectiveness of your sales strategies and the overall performance in capturing market share within the hospitality sector.

2: Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Monitor the satisfaction levels of HORECA clients through regular surveys or feedback mechanisms. A high CSAT indicates strong relationships, product quality, and service delivery, which are essential for retaining customers and fostering loyalty.

3: Market Share: Track your company's share of the HORECA market compared to competitors. Increasing market share signifies successful penetration and competitiveness within the industry, while declining market share may indicate the need for adjustments in strategy.

4: Distribution Efficiency: Measure the efficiency of distribution operations by monitoring metrics such as order fulfillment time, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover. Optimizing distribution processes ensures that products reach HORECA clients promptly and reliably, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing stockouts.

5: Promotional ROI: Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities targeting the HORECA sector. This includes analyzing the impact of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and events on sales performance. A positive ROI indicates that promotional efforts effectively drive revenue and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or hospitality management. (5 years)
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality sector and HORECA channels.

Skills: Strong sales, marketing, relationship management, and analytical abilities.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
