Presales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:Identify and engage with potential buyers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored information about upcoming projects.
2. Project Promotion:Present new real estate projects to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, marketing materials, and property brochures to effectively communicate project details.
3. Lead Management:Manage and track leads through the pre-sales pipeline, ensuring timely followups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and readiness to invest.
4. Customer Service:Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. o Coordinate site visits, property tours, and one-on-one meetings with clients.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications & Skill set required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Proven experience in real estate sales, BPO, pre-sales, or a related role, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial properties.Strong understanding of real estate market trends, project promotion strategies, and client relationship management.Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi languages. (Any additional knowledge will be advantage)Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.Proficiency in Computer operating, Typing, well versed with Basic computer knowledge.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.Full-time position with compulsory working on weekends. Rotational week-offs on during weekdays between Monday to Thursday
