Wij hebben momenteel een aantal vacatures als VIP support techniekers om de VP and C-level klanten bij een van de meest prestigieuze bedrijven met jouw IT ondersteuning te verlenen. De werkplaats is op het  Amstelplein te Amsterdam, dit is een unieke kans om je aan te sluiten bij een team van elite support techniekers, en deel uit te maken van dit A team, de klant is reeds klant bij Excis voor meer dan 10 jaar, en is ook actief in meer dan 100 landen, de kans bestaat dat er af en toe een trip naar het buitenland moet gebeuren, maar dit is meestal op vrijwillige basis.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand met een passie voor IT en technology met ervaring op Apple Mac omdat vele VIP klanten liever met Apple werken.


Requirements Meer informatie;
  • Updates uitvoeren en het opsporen van bugs en oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Applicaties installeren en fouten herstellen, of herinstallaties uitvoeren
  • Advies verlenen aan de rest van het team over verbeteringen in de infrastructuur
  • Onderzoeken en testen van nieuwe oplossingen
  • Samenwerken met andere IT teams over de hele wereld
  • Samenwerken met partners, deelnemen aan werk groepen.
  • Het uitvoeren van blue prints standaarden volgen zoals infosec
  • Oplossen van warnings en preventief herstelling uitvoeren.
  • Kent u scripts ? dit is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring is belangrijker dan studie niveau.
  • Voorafgaande ervaring met red carpet or VIP IT support is gewenst.
  • Competentie in het omgaan met MAC-apparaatbeheer (Mac OS + iOS + Intune + JAMF) – iPhones, iPads, MAC-laptops.

Profiel Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting of hebt een zelfde niveau verworven door ervaring Van nature ben je een problem solver, je bent kritisch ingesteld en bijt je graag vast in problemen, gedreven om de oplossing te vinden De klant staat bij jou steeds centraal en klantvriendelijkheid draag je hoog in het vaandel Een sociale en positieve ingesteldheid vind je vanzelfsprekend Stressbestendigheid en een flexibele ingesteldheid maken onderdeel uit van je kernkwaliteiten Zelfstandig werken doe je graag maar functioneert tegelijk ook als betrouwbare schakel binnen het team Je bent proactief, werkt resultaatgericht en neemt ownership over je verantwoordelijkheden Passie voor IT en technologie mogen uiteraard niet ontbreken. Je haalt veel voldoening uit het verruimen van je kennis om deze dan nadien ook te delen met je collega’s. Een goede basiskennisvan onderstaande technologieën is een absolute must: Windows OS 7-10 & MS O365: Word, Excel, Outlook support Active Directory: account creatie, GPO’s kopiëren/aanpassen, ADFS principe, etc. Exchange server: mailbox creatie, issues met betrekking tot mailboxen, etc. Hardware: Desktop/Laptop, printer en scanner support Je bent een vlotte communicator in zowel het Nederlands, en het Engels.
