Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Experience Required: 0-2 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, working with CRM tools, and preferably a background in the telecom or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and online research.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers.
- Manage and update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to achieve sales goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing (freshers can apply) OR 1-2 years of inside sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Knowledge of mobile applications, VoIP systems, and basic network troubleshooting preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Quick learner with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
