Job Overview: Inside Sales Executive (ISE)

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in attracting and bringing in new clients to our business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, promote our staffing services, and drive revenue growth. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to generate leads and opportunities.
- Present and effectively communicate our staffing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Understand client requirements and tailor our services to meet their specific needs.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence potential clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
