Title: Inside Sales Executive
Years of Experience: 1-4 years
Role: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales executive to join our sales team. The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Graduation with MBA Marketing skillset (Waxon international, SP Jain, ICFAI grads preferred)
- Ideal to have prior software sales experience.
- Should be able to work with overlap USA EST hours to work with the onsite sales team
- Should be good at written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets
