You will conduct requirement-gathering conversations, product pitches, online demos, and handle pricing or proposal discussions. Managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—will be a core part of the role. You will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams for campaign alignment, ensure timely follow-ups, and consistently work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Staying updated on SaaS, cloud trends, and competitive landscapes will also be essential.Required Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT, SaaS, or cloud technology space, with demonstrated success in lead generation, deal negotiation, and closures. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, objection handling, and active listening are critical. Proficiency in CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and sales automation systems is highly preferred. The role requires excellent persuasion, problem-solving, market research skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
