Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team at Vastramay Pvt. Ltd. in Thane. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online and technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and handling all customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, chat and email.
  • Provide details about the company's policies and product details.
  • Initiate an track end to end exchange and return requests using tools onboarded
  • Highlight issues and create reports at day end.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
