Role: Human Resources Business Partner

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location : Bangalore (open to travel frequently to other Creative locations in Indi a)

Work Week : 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Driving employees' life cycle (from onboarding to exit) processes (performance management, compensation & benefits, Policies, Rewards & Recognition, Retention management, Employee engagement etc.).
  • Should have handled overseas geographies ( e.g. Japan , Europe and US)
  • Understanding business context and plan HR interventions to support business outcomes.
  • Handling grievances and disciplinary action, providing prompt resolution to employee queries, and initiating exit interviews.
  • Driving employee engagement and employee connect activities for the organization.
  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
  • Drive HR reporting for trend analysis of headcount, attrition and other metrics to enable business teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Need to be hustler, Proactive and go-getter.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must have strong exposure to onboarding, retention and employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder management, multi-tasking, influencing, ideation and execution
