Role: Human Resources Business Partner

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Bangalore (open to travel frequently to other Creative locations in India)

Work Week: 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

- Driving employees' life cycle (from onboarding to exit) processes (performance management, compensation & benefits, Policies, Rewards & Recognition, Retention management, Employee engagement etc.).
- Should have handled overseas geographies ( e.g. Japan , Europe and US)
- Understanding business context and plan HR interventions to support business outcomes.
- Handling grievances and disciplinary action, providing prompt resolution to employee queries, and initiating exit interviews.
- Driving employee engagement and employee connect activities for the organization.
- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
- Drive HR reporting for trend analysis of headcount, attrition and other metrics to enable business teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Need to be hustler, Proactive and go-getter.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must have strong exposure to onboarding, retention and employee engagement.
- Stakeholder management, multi-tasking, influencing, ideation and execution
