Culture: Creative is run on a culture of positivity, entrepreneurial spirit, customer centricity, teamwork, and meritocracy Role: Human Resources Business Partner Experience: 1-4 Years Location : Bangalore (open to travel frequently to other Creative locations in Indi a) Work Week : 5 days a week Responsibilities: Driving employees' life cycle (from onboarding to exit) processes (performance management, compensation & benefits, Policies, Rewards & Recognition, Retention management, Employee engagement etc.). Should have handled overseas geographies ( e.g. Japan , Europe and US) Understanding business context and plan HR interventions to support business outcomes. Handling grievances and disciplinary action, providing prompt resolution to employee queries, and initiating exit interviews. Driving employee engagement and employee connect activities for the organization. Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment. Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward. Drive HR reporting for trend analysis of headcount, attrition and other metrics to enable business teams. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Need to be hustler, Proactive and go-getter. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must have strong exposure to onboarding, retention and employee engagement. Stakeholder management, multi-tasking, influencing, ideation and execution
