Role Overview:
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager with experience in the jewellery industry to drive sales, build strong relationships with key clients, and expand the brand's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling wholesale, corporate, and institutional sales for jewellery brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities in the B2B jewellery segment (wholesale, corporate, institutional clients).
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to drive sales growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Manage end-to-end sales negotiations, pricing, and contract closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market demand.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 7-15 years in B2B Sales within the jewellery industry .
Industry Background: Fine Jewellery, Luxury Jewellery, or Precious Metal Sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Network: Established connections with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in the jewellery sector.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
