What the job involves:

We are seeking a motivated and results driven B2B Sales Executive/ Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at Housr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through tailored solutions for corporate clients in need of serviced apartments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Actively generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth of corporate accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as HRs, Admins, and other corporate personnel to promote Housr's offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Present tailored solutions to corporate clients, demonstrating how Housr's serviced apartments can meet their accommodation needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Market Research:

  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to shifting demands.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients.
  • Provide client feedback and insights to help improve service offerings.

Reporting & MIS:

  • Maintain and update sales activity reports, track lead progress, and generate MIS reports as required by management.
  • Analyze performance data to ensure targets are met and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the serviced apartments, hotel, or corporate accommodation industry.
  • Experience in selling corporate accommodation or related services is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Proactive & Target-Driven:

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship-building, and closing sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results consistently.

Industry Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of the serviced apartment or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with corporate clients' accommodation needs and the broader market trends.

**Should have existing contacts and a strong database with potential B2B deals.
