Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies for rapid penetration and brand positioning.
  • Explore partnerships with real estate developers and turnkey project firms for modular solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales targets, ensuring steady order flow to the factory while maintaining profitability.
  • Prepare BoQ, Develop pricing models, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.

Strategy & Execution

  • Define short-term and long-term growth strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to ensure INV Home remains ahead in the luxury segment.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met without compromising margins.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent business acumen with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and directly with top management.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Passion for luxury interiors, modular solutions, and design trends.
