Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers—discerning urban families, HNIs, and impact-driven investors looking for meaningful real estate options. Your role is to build trust, understand aspirations, and nurture prospects toward visiting and experiencing an Organo community. You will collaborate closely with sales closers and marketing to convert interest into intent through insightful conversations and structured follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads from various channels including website, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and events.
- Qualify leads using Organo's discovery framework and scoring model (based on BANT—Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline—or equivalent).
- Understand the buyer persona deeply to tailor conversations that are contextual and value-driven.
- Maintain timely and accurate lead information in the CRM (Salesforce), including interaction history and lead status updates.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits, virtual walkthroughs, and experiential engagements with prospects.
- Use WhatsApp, email, and voice calls to deliver follow-ups that are empathetic, relevant, and timely.
- Transition qualified leads to Sales Closers, ensuring clear notes and context are passed along.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share customer insights, campaign performance feedback, and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets on qualified conversations, visit bookings, and lead handovers.

- Clean, complete CRM data that enables better sales decision-making.

- Proactive contribution to improving sales scripts, lead handling workflows, and internal playbooks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or client servicing.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, wellness, or premium product sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, WhatsApp Business, and lead management workflows.
- Comfortable working with metrics and structured processes (e.g., follow-up cadences, call scripts).
- Exposure to or interest in tools like conversational AI, lead scoring, and WhatsApp automation is a plus.
- Empathy, patience, curiosity, and active listening are key traits we value.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, responsible living, and conscious communities is a strong advantage.
