Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced

Google Ads Expert

with a strong background in

conversion tracking

to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate should have at least

3 years of hands-on experience

managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven ability to track and improve conversions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Manage, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube to achieve performance goals.Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced

conversion tracking

systems using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Conduct thorough

keyword research , audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to refine campaign targeting.Develop and execute strategies for

A/B testing

on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to improve performance.Create and analyze detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling.Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of tracking and campaign elements.Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to implement innovative campaign strategies.Proactively manage budgets, optimize bid strategies, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and ROI goals.Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies in conversion tracking and attribution across platforms.Provide training or guidance to internal teams on conversion tracking tools and strategies when needed.

Qualifications:Minimum

3 years of experience

in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting

conversion tracking .Proficiency with

Google Tag Manager ,

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , and other tracking tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.Exceptional communication and project management skills.Google Ads certification is a plus.
