Key Responsibilities-Manage & Optimize: Oversee and refine Google Ads accounts for multiple small business clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.-Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policy changes and ensure all campaigns comply with the latest guidelines.-Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.-Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to Google Ads, including payment-circumventing and other policy violations.-Strategic Collaboration: Work with the internal marketing team to create and implement effective ad strategies that drive results.-Client Reporting: Provide regular reports to clients, detailing campaign performance, areas for improvement, and success metrics.-Keyword Research & Ad Copy: Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ad performance.-Accurate Tracking: Ensure precise tracking and reporting of all campaigns using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.

Qualifications-Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing Google Ads accounts, with a proven track record of success.-Account Handling: Experience managing at least 100 Google Ads accounts, specifically for North American small business owners.-Policy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads policies and guidelines, with the ability to stay current with changes.-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong skills in resolving technical issues related to Google Ads, including payment-circumventing problems.-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.-Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.-Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.-Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.-Certification: Google Ads Certification is preferred.
