**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies for clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and analysis to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs for clients through Google Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Google Ads certification is required.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is preferred.
