Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Facebook and Google Ads Expert to oversee our paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ad campaigns, optimizing for performance, and delivering insights to inform future strategy. You will work closely with our marketing team to align ad content with Fashion Dwar’s brand vision and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify potential target markets.- Monitor campaign performance, and analyze metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to inform strategy.- Adjust bid strategies, ad creatives, and targeting options to maximize results.- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives aligned with brand aesthetics.- Generate regular reports on ad performance and provide actionable recommendations.- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Facebook and Google Ads.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Facebook and Google Ads specialist, preferably in the fashion industry.- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices for paid advertising.- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads platforms.- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.- Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.- Experience with e-commerce or fashion brands.
