Google/facebook Expert Dropshipping

**Ad Campaign Management**:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for e-commerce dropshipping stores.
- Develop and execute comprehensive ad strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize ad strategies accordingly.
- **Content Creation and Testing**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy.
- Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements to identify the most effective strategies.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms based on performance and business goals.
- **Performance Reporting**:
- Generate detailed performance reports to track the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- **E-commerce Integration**:
- Ensure seamless integration of ad campaigns with e-commerce platforms and tracking tools.
- Optimize product listings and landing pages to enhance ad performance.
- **Continuous Learning and Adaptation**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google and Facebook advertising.
- Continuously refine ad strategies to adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1 to 6+ years of experience in managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns, specifically for e-commerce dropshipping.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- **E-commerce Knowledge**: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, dropshipping models, and online retail strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative sensibility to develop engaging and high-converting ad content.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and ad platform updates.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with companies like Roposo Clout or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
- Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
