As a Facebook Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms. You will also work closely with the SEO team to ensure that our digital marketing strategies are fully optimized for search engines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meta Ads Management**:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- A/B testing of ad creatives and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy.

**SEO Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Work with the content team to optimize website content for SEO.
- Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and site speed issues.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights on ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Present performance reports to clients or internal stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facebook Marketing, specifically Meta Ads management.
- Proven track record of managing successful Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of content marketing and its role in SEO.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms like WordPress.
