We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI and achieve our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on creating effective advertising strategies, managing budgets, and continually improving performance across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy and Management**:Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns across different Google Ads platforms.
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to enhance campaign targeting and reach.

**Budget Management**: Effectively allocate budgets to different campaigns and ad groups to maximize return on investment.
Monitor daily ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving performance targets.

**Ad Creation and Testing**: Create compelling and engaging ad copies that resonate with the target audience.
Conduct A/B testing of ad variations to identify the most effective messaging and visuals.

**Landing Page Optimization**: Collaborate with the web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Implement best practices for landing page design and user experience.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.
Proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record of successful Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, including Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other relevant tools for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
- Adherence to deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
